1、首先對位移傳感器進行檢查:

因為拉力試驗機系統是一個閉環系統,要想知道是哪個部分出現了問題,就一定要切斷系統中的回路,使其成為一個開環的系統。從而可以判斷試驗機的傳感器信號是不是正常。這個時候也要斷開位移傳感器的反饋信號,使其成為開環。此時工作站發出一個控制動作器移動的信號,對傳感器的反饋值進行測量,在幾次重復之后,傳感器的反饋數據值可以組成一條直線,這個直線是線性變化的,從而就可以知道傳感器是不是有問題了。

2、其次就是對拉力試驗機的放大器單元的檢查:

在已經排除了位移傳感器的問題之后,因為拉力試驗機的系統是一個閉環系統,放大器單元的正常與否是一定要進行檢查的,方法就是斷開放大器單元的輸出信號。將輸出接線拆除,在放大器單元加上一個直流輸入信號,然后測量擺錘沖擊試驗機放大器單元的輸出情況,在重復試驗幾次之后,得到一個放大器單元輸出信號的線性變化趨勢數據,這樣就可以知道放大器單元是不是有問題了。

工作站當中的動作器的行程正常情況下應該是±50mm,如果與這個數字不符,那么就是系統設定的問題,就需要重新的設定系統。要是工作站的顯示板上面的顯示值依舊不正確,那么就可以判定只有重新的標定位移系統,才可以解決這一類的問題。
